You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Compassionate, non-medical end-of-life support for individuals and families facing serious illness, caregiving, dying, grief, or the desire to plan ahead.

I’m Bryn Danley, an end-of-life doula, family life coach, educator, and writer. I offer steady presence, practical guidance, and space for the conversations and moments that matter most.

Welcome

If you’re here, life may have changed.

Perhaps you or someone you love has received a serious diagnosis.
Maybe hospice has become part of your family’s journey.
Perhaps you are caring for an aging parent, navigating grief, or planning ahead because you believe preparation is one of the greatest gifts we can give the people we love.

Whatever brought you here, welcome.

You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do not need to know exactly what to ask for.
We can begin with one simple question:

What do you need most right now?

My role is not to take over this journey. It is to walk beside you—with compassion, honesty, humility, and respect.

Every person, family, culture, faith, and relationship is unique. Some people want to plan every detail; others need a calm person to help them take one day at a time.

Together, we can create support that reflects your needs, values, relationships, and hopes.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

A Gentle Guide Through an Unfamiliar Season

A end of life doula is a non-medical professional who provides emotional, practical, and educational support before, during, and after the end-of-life journey.

Think of a death doula as a guide through unfamiliar territory—someone who helps you and the people you love feel more informed, prepared, connected, and less alone.

I work alongside physicians, hospice teams, nurses, social workers, chaplains, therapists, attorneys, funeral professionals, and, most importantly, the people who know and love you best.

Your hospice or medical team handles medical care, symptoms, medications, and clinical questions. My work focuses on the personal, emotional, relational, practical, and meaningful parts of this experience.

My Hope for You

I cannot remove grief or uncertainty. But I can offer…

  • A compassionate, nonjudgmental place to talk

  • Honest guidance delivered with kindness

  • Support for the people who are caring for someone they love

  • Help preparing rather than panicking

  • Space for meaningful conversations and unfinished business

  • Practical tools that reduce unnecessary stress

  • A steady presence when you need it most'

Even in difficult seasons, there can still be beauty to notice, love to share, and meaningful moments waiting to be lived.
